During the Regulatory Sandbox, a single transaction is capped at BWP 5,000 and an account balance at BWP 20,000, by regulatory directive.
United Kingdom
Olympus Pay Limited ("Olympus", company number 16132811) designs and operates the Olympus website and mobile app. Olympus provides bank accounts, electronic money, payment initiation, account information, business account services and/or other financial services through Gemba Finance Limited ("Gemba"). Whilst Electronic Money products are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), your funds will be held in one or more segregated accounts and safeguarded in line with the Electronic Money Regulations 2011. For UK customer terms, write to hello@olympuspay.co.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact Olympus first. We aim to resolve complaints within 15 business days. For Botswana customers, a complaint that cannot be resolved with us can be escalated to the Bank of Botswana, as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Data protection
Personal data is handled under the Data Protection Act 2024 of Botswana. For customers in the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, we also recognise the rights the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR give you: access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise a right, write to us with your full name and account reference.
Security
Found a vulnerability? Report it to us and please do not test against other customers’ data.
