Olympus Pay is a financial technology company. Financial, banking-type or identity services are provided through regulated Olympus entities and, where applicable, through authorised and licensed partners in accordance with applicable laws, depending on region.

Olympus Pay Limited designs and operates the Olympus website and mobile app for UK customers. Regulated financial services are provided through Gemba Finance Limited, whose registered office is Level 39, 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AB, UK. Through Gemba Finance Limited, Olympus offers bank accounts, electronic money, payment initiation, account information and business account services.
4. How your money is protected
Electronic money products are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). Your funds are held in one or more segregated accounts and safeguarded in line with the Electronic Money Regulations 2011. Read the FCA guidance on safeguarding.
In Botswana, Olympus Pay Proprietary Limited operates within the conditions, transaction limits and reporting requirements the Bank of Botswana sets for the Sandbox, which the Bank of Botswana may revise. The current limits are in the Olympus Terms and Conditions.
5. Group and trademarks
Olympus Group Holdings, Inc. owns the Olympus name and logos, together with its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns. Unauthorised use is prohibited. Olympus operates outside Delaware, United States, as a subsidiary of Olympus Group Holdings, Inc., which is registered with the SEC (file number 10088587) at 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 25834, Dover, DE 19904, USA.
