Olympus Pay

Financial services inside your product.

Your users stay in your software. Olympus provides the accounts, payment acceptance, cards and money movement underneath, with the identity and compliance controls those services require.

Launch financial features without building the infrastructure.

Building payments and accounts from scratch takes banking relationships, a compliance programme and a banking platform. Embedding takes an API.

Faster to launch

Reuse accounts, checkout, payouts and cards that already work in production Olympus apps.

Controls included

Verification, screening and monitoring apply to the money your users move.

One record

Everything is recorded on one platform, so your users’ balances and your reports agree.

How it works.

  1. Get sandbox keys

Create a test key in the merchant dashboard. It behaves like a live key but never touches a real processor.

  2. Onboard the business

Start verification and declare beneficial owners. Live keys need a verified business.

  3. Build the flow

Create payment links, QR codes, split recipients and payouts; register a webhook endpoint.

  4. Go live

Swap in a live key. Large refunds and payouts can require a second reviewer.

Responsibilities.

Olympus handles

  • Verification of businesses and their owners
  • The platform and settlement records
  • Screening and monitoring on money movement
  • Signing and delivering webhooks

You handle

  • Your product and your users’ experience
  • Your own customer terms and disclosures
  • Keeping API keys server-side and scoped
  • Verifying webhook signatures
Regulatory obligations apply to the services you offer as well as the software you use. Your specific arrangement, and who carries which obligation, is agreed with us during onboarding.
