Ask it. Tell it. You confirm.
Athena answers questions about your accounts, spending and cash flow using your live data. Ask it to do something, and it prepares the action for you to review. Nothing happens until you press Confirm.

Three steps, and you stay in control.
Athena reads what it needs, prepares what you asked for, and waits for you.
Type it in plain language, or attach a receipt or invoice.
It looks up balances, transactions, recipients and more, under your own sign-in.
A card shows every detail. Athena does nothing until you press Confirm.
Ask about your money.
Athena answers from your live data rather than guessing, and shows which parts of your account it looked at.
Accounts and balances
What is my balance across every account? How much is available today?
Spending and cash flow
What did we spend this month, and on what? How is cash flow trending over six months?
Invoices and payments
Which invoices are overdue? What payments are coming up? What is waiting for approval?
Cards
Which cards do we have, what are their limits, and which are frozen?
Team and budgets
Who is on the team, in which role? How much of each budget has been used?
Any transaction
Find the payment to a supplier last month, or everything over P5,000 this quarter.
Tell it what to do.
Athena can carry out routine work on the platform. Each task goes through the same route as when you do it yourself, so your limits, approvals and permissions apply.
Every action is a card you approve.
When you ask for a task, Athena looks up the details it needs, asks for anything missing, and shows a confirmation card: who, how much, which account, which card. You confirm or cancel. If a payment needs a second approver, it waits for one.
- Exact details shown before anything runs
- Payments use your daily limit and approval rules
- Confirm, cancel, or open the full screen instead
- The result is recorded in the conversation

Read a receipt or invoice.
Attach a photo or screenshot. Athena pulls out the merchant, date, line items, tax and total, then offers what to do next: categorise the spend, or raise an invoice for it.

Built so you can trust what it does.
Athena is an assistant on top of your account, not a second way around it.
- It never moves money by itself. Every action needs your confirmation.
- It sees only what you can see, under your own sign-in and role.
- Your daily limit, approval threshold and permissions apply to anything it prepares.
- It reads your data with tools rather than guessing, and will say when it does not know.
- Text inside transactions and documents is treated as information, never as instructions.
- It never asks for passwords, PINs or full card numbers.
- Your conversations are saved to your own account, and you can delete them.
Language models, with your data kept narrow.
Athena uses large language models served through NVIDIA, called from Olympus servers so the key never reaches your browser. For each question it fetches only the records that question needs.
Where you can use it.
Athena questions
Does Athena move money on its own?
No. When you ask Athena to do something, it prepares the action and shows you a confirmation card with every detail. Nothing happens until you press Confirm. Payments then go through the same route as a payment you make yourself.
What can Athena see?
Only what you can already see in your Olympus account, and only the parts a question needs. It reads your accounts, transactions, cards, invoices, recipients, approvals, budgets and team the same way the app does, under your own sign-in and your role.
Do my payment limits and approvals still apply?
Yes. A payment Athena prepares is subject to the same daily limit, approval threshold, permissions and checks as one you send from the Send screen. If it needs an admin’s approval, it waits for one.
Can Athena read a receipt or an invoice?
Yes. Attach a photo or screenshot and Athena reads the merchant, date, items, tax and total, then offers next steps such as categorising the spend or raising an invoice.
Can Athena be wrong?
It can. Athena uses large language models, which can misread or misstate things. It works from your live data rather than guessing, but check important figures against your accounts, and review every action before you confirm it.
Who can use it?
Athena is in Olympus web banking for signed-in customers. What it will do for a person depends on their role: for example, only owners and admins can change payment rules or invite people. Ask us about availability in other Olympus apps.
Meet Athena.
Open an Olympus account and ask it something.
