Any Olympus merchant can be a CashPoint agent, so you can put cash in and take cash out close to where you are.
Cash out with a code
- In the app, open Cash out and choose the amount you want to receive in cash.
- We show the fee and the total taken from your account before you confirm. The amount is held while the code is live.
- Give the code to the agent. A code is valid for 30 minutes.
- The agent pays you the cash and the held money is released to them.
If you change your mind, cancel the code and the held money returns to your account. A code that is not used within 30 minutes expires and the money returns automatically.
Cash in
Hand cash to an agent. They credit your account, and you see it in your balance once the agent confirms.
Other ways to get cash
Agents can also offer cashback with a purchase, and cash vouchers for people without an Olympus account. What an agent offers depends on the agent. See the CashPoint page.
Never share a cash-out code with anyone except the agent in front of you. Anyone holding a live code can collect the cash.
