Olympus Pay Proprietary Limited (Reg. No. BW00009700756) is an admitted member of the Bank of Botswana Regulatory Sandbox, operating as a Digital Bank under sandbox conditions.
A regulatory sandbox lets a company operate under a regulator's supervision while it proves its controls. It is a supervisory status, and it is not a partnership with the regulator.
United Kingdom
Olympus Pay Limited designs and operates the Olympus website and app. Accounts, electronic money, payment initiation and account information are provided through an FCA-authorised and regulated partner, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Ref. 804853). Electronic money is not covered by the FSCS; funds are safeguarded under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011.
The group
Olympus operates as a subsidiary of Olympus Group Holdings, Inc., which owns the Olympus name and logos.
